Yasmen founded MCB Professionals in 2009 to give independent practices the kind of revenue cycle leadership usually found only inside large health systems. Over more than 15 years she has grown it into a multi-state management services organization. Its work covers revenue cycle management, out-of-network reimbursement strategy, federal IDR and arbitration, and provider operations.
She began her career in the operating room as a certified surgical technician, assisting in complex surgical procedures. That clinical grounding still shapes how she reads operative notes, codes procedures and argues for fair payment. She went on to lead revenue cycle and practice operations for hospitals and surgical groups, directing billing teams across multiple provider groups.
Today Yasmen negotiates non-contracted settlement agreements, guides providers through state and federal regulations, and advises physicians, groups, facilities and healthcare startups on compliance and growth.
